Having been at a wedding catered by Tricia Rago a few years ago, anything endeavored by Tricia will be done with great expertise, passion and love. She's a class act, and one heck of a great cook! What a terrific idea.
I've rented the kitchen before...it's lovely, not sure if it's big enough for "cooking classes" for more than 3 or 4 including the instructor, but a fabulous space nonetheless.
My partner and I have worked with Tricia Rago to further our foundling dessert business, and she is truly an inspiration. She is filled to over-flowing with fantastic advice for beginners and anyone else involved in the culinary arts. Supportive and kind, she really wants to see everyone succeed in their endeavors. The space is beautiful, clean and has just about everything you'll need to create artistically beautiful delicacies. Just bring the desire, and Tricia will help with the rest.
